1. Appointments and Cancellations:

1.3. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise,\ requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, we request a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

1.4. Failure to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours for\ cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the scheduled service or a loss of any prepaid amount.

1.5. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments if a client is excessively late, disrespectful, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2. Returns and Refunds:

2.1. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product or service you have purchased, please notify us within 7 days of the purchase date.

2.2. Returns and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the nature of the product or service, the reason for dissatisfaction, and any applicable warranties or guarantees.

2.3. Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

2.4. Services that have been completed are generally non-refundable, but we may provide a credit for future services in exceptional cases.
